Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is widely used in medical disinfection, clinical chemistry, dyeing and bleaching, and food testing. Disinfection supply centers and operating room inspection departments require hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) low-temperature plasma sterilizers. During use, gas leaks may occur, and excessive residual disinfection concentrations can be harmful to human health. The United States typically sets the maximum allowable concentration at 1.4mg/m³ (approximately 1ppm), making hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) leak detection essential.
SKY3000 Portable Gas Detector
The SKY3000 series is a high-performance portable gas detector capable of simultaneously detecting multiple gases (oxygen compounds, VOC, combustible gas, and toxic gas) with man-down alarm functionality. The device features user-friendly operations including one-key security detection, one-key storage, automatic screen rotation, and man-down alarm. Optional Bluetooth transmission allows safety personnel to access real-time data and alarm status.
The device holds international IECEX, ATEX explosion-proof certifications and Chinese explosion-proof certification. It has passed anti-static testing and achieves IP67 protection rating. With safer product design and modular construction for faster detection, plus compact ergonomic design for easy carrying, the instrument primarily operates in suction mode. If the air pump fails or during emergency situations, it automatically switches to diffusion sampling, enhancing protection levels.
The explosion-proof grade is Ex ia IIC T4 Ga, suitable for explosive gas mixture zones 0, 1, and 2 in factories with grades ⅡA, ⅡB, and ⅡC and temperature groups T1~T4.
