The SG100 is a cost-effective fixed combustible (EX) gas detector equipped with catalytic combustion sensor, featuring a measuring range of 0-100%LEL and resolution of 1%LEL. It holds IECEx & ATEX explosion-proof certification and IP66/IP68 protection grade. Supporting multiple signal outputs and optional wireless transmission, this plug-and-play sensor module provides 24-hour continuous combustible gas leak monitoring in petrochemical and paint manufacturing sites.

Combustible gas (EX) covers hydrocarbon and other flammable vapors widely existing in petrochemical plants, paint workshops, oil depots and printing factories. When gas concentration accumulates to explosion limit, fire and explosion accidents may occur. The SG100 performs 24-hour real-time monitoring of combustible gas leakage, providing early warning to prevent explosion risks for personnel and factory assets.
