The SG100 is a cost-effective, IECEx & ATEX-certified explosion-proof fixed online gas transmitter for hydrogen sulfide (H2S) monitoring — one of the most commonly measured toxic gases across industries. It adopts an electrochemical sensor with optional measuring ranges of 0–50 / 100 / 200 ppm and selectable resolution of 0.1 ppm / 1 ppm.
Featuring IP66/IP68 ingress protection, an intelligent plug-and-play sensor module, multiple standard signal outputs and optional wireless transmission, it supports magnetic remote control. This unit simplifies field installation and routine maintenance and delivers reliable 24-hour continuous gas-concentration monitoring for oil-and-gas sites, sewage plants and other industrial facilities.
Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic, corrosive gas with a rotten-egg odor, frequently encountered in oil-and-gas extraction, sewage treatment, landfill and mining operations. Even short-term exposure to elevated H2S concentrations may cause respiratory injury or loss of consciousness. Continuous fixed-point monitoring provides early leakage alerts and protects on-site operators against H2S occupational hazards.
This unit is customized for hydrogen sulfide (H2S). Sensors for other toxic, combustible and VOC gases can be selected.
