1. Pre-Production & Engineering (DFM): Importing design data and conducting rigorous Design for Manufacturability (DFM) checks to ensure compliance with military specifications.
2. Inner Layer Processing (for Multilayer): Imaging and etching the copper, followed by Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
3. Lamination: Bonding the layers, prepreg, and copper foil together under high temperature and pressure into a single rigid board.
4. Drilling & Plating: Drilling the required holes (vias) and making the hole walls conductive using chemical and electroplating processes to form plated through-holes.
5. Outer Layer Processing & Final Etching: Forming the circuit pattern on the outer layers using plating and etching techniques.
