1.Filling Parts
This is our new servo piston filling machine.It has reached the international advanced level,
partial has exceeded the similar product.It is also suitable for the filling of daily chemicals,
oil liquid,sauce,getergent liquid,cosmetics,medicinel liquid and flammable and explosive liquid.
It adopts PLC and touch screen control panel for control material. It is characterized by accurate
measuring ,advanced structure ,stable operating ,low noise ,large adjusting range ,fast filling
speed. Operators adjust and meter figure in the touch screen control panel , also can adjust
metering of each filling head . The external surface of this machine is made of excellent stainless
steel . Good appearance , applied to GMP standard.
Capping part
This is a new tracking capping machine developed by our company, which integrates bottle input,
cap unscramble, cap input, cap screw and bottle output.Belt clip is adopted in bottle input,cap
screw adopts tracking cap head, the bottle does not stop when capping, the bottle moves and
cap rotation is carried out at the same time to avoid liquid overflow.The servo control torque
capping is harmless to the bottle cap, fast speed, safe and stable,and high capping rate.The
whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen automatic control,which has wide applicability and
easy adjustment.
1. Speed:2200-2400 bottles/ hour Power supply:220/380V;50/60HZ.
2. With servo drive and multiple servo motors, the cap can be rotated quickly and accurately
without damaging the bottle or the cap.
3. Belt type cap feeding, can be added the bad and crooked cap elimination device.
4. Servo motor control bottle belt, adjustable speed, no liquid overflow or bottle pour phenomenon.
5. Adjustment mechanism is simple and convenient, and equipped with instruments, can be
accurately positioned.
6. Portable capping head design, just change capping head, can meet the production of new bottle.
7. Set up rocker arm type man-machine interface, one button can switch for different parameters,
run the machine. And set up sound and light alarm.
