11kV Polymer Disc Insulator is specially engineered for 11kV overhead distribution lines, offering a reliable solution for both suspension and tension applications. This product adopts a ball and socket type end fitting design, ensuring secure and standardized connections in power line systems.
Made from high-quality hydrophobic silicone rubber, the 11kV polymer disc insulator demonstrates excellent performance in resisting pollution flashover and maintaining electrical insulation under harsh environmental conditions. The inherent water-repellent (hydrophobic) properties of the silicone housing help prevent the formation of conductive water films, significantly improving the long-term reliability of the insulator.
For mechanical strength, two options are available: 70kN and 100kN, depending on your project’s load requirements. Both options use a high-strength fiber-reinforced epoxy core (FRP rod), providing excellent tensile resistance and structural stability.
