Product descriptions

The JZZV1-10 outdoor epoxy resin casting combined transformer is a high-performance measuring instrument designed for three-phase AC systems up to 10kV (50Hz). It integrates voltage transformers (PTs) and current transformers (CTs) into a compact unit, suitable for current, voltage, and energy metering, as well as relay protection in outdoor substations, industrial distribution networks, and rural/urban power systems. By adopting epoxy resin casting insulation and a fully sealed structure, the transformer offers superior electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and resistance to aging, UV radiation, and harsh environmental conditions. This design ensures reliable long-term operation, reduced maintenance, and enhanced safety compared with traditional oil-immersed transformers.

Construction & Features 
·Voltage Transformer (PT): 
Electromagnetic type, closed iron core, with primary winding connected in parallel to the high-voltage circuit. The secondary winding provides a reduced voltage (100V or 100/√3 V) for metering and monitoring. 
·Current Transformer (CT): 
Electromagnetic type, closed iron core, with primary winding connected in series to the high-voltage line. The secondary provides a reduced current (5A or 1A) for metering and relay protection. ·Integrated Design: The combination of PTs and CTs in one sealed epoxy resin-cast body ensures compact structure, high reliability, and ease of installation. ·Safety Notes: PT secondary must never be short-circuited; CT secondary must never be open-circuited.
