GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 380V, and rated current 1000A to 3150A for power users, such as power plants, substations, factories and mining enterprises, as electrical energy for power, lighting and power distribution equipment For conversion, distribution, and control purposes. GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage power distribution cabinet designed based on the principles of safety, economy, reasonableness and reliability. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong series and practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage switchgear.

Working environment

Features

1. The floor of the GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts the general floor form, and the frame is assembled by welding with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel manufacturer to ensure the floor of the cabinet. Precision and quality. The parts and components of the general cabinet are designed according to the principle of the module, and are equipped with 20-module mounting holes, which have a high universal coefficient. 2. The GGD cabinet is designed with full consideration of the heat dissipation problem when the cabinet is running. There are different numbers of cooling slots on the upper and lower ends of the cabinet

When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is constantly replenished into the cabinet from the lower slot, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to reach the heat dissipation area. purpose.

3. According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, adopt the golden ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the division size of each part, so that the overall appearance is beautiful and fresh.

5. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation parts in the cabinet and the frame are connected by knurled screws, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

6. Polyester orange-shaped baking paint is used for the cabinet surface paint. Strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is in matte tones, which avoids the dazzling effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.

7. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

8. The cabinet body protection grade is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20~IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.

Install and use

After the product arrives at the receiving place, first check whether the packaging is intact and undamaged. If any problem is found, the relevant department should be notified to find out the cause. For the product that is not installed immediately, it should be placed in an appropriate place according to the normal conditions of use.

1. The product installation should be carried out according to the installation diagram. The foundation channel steel and bolts should be prepared by the user. When the main busbar is installed, the lap surface should be repaired and leveled, cleaned and coated with neutral petroleum jelly or other measures, and then fixed with bolts.

2. The following items shall be inspected and tested before the product is put into operation after installation.

A Check whether the surface paint of the cabinet body is peeling off, and whether the cabinet is dry and clean

B. Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force

C. Whether the on-off of main electrical appliances is reliable and accurate, and whether the on-off of auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate

D. Whether the indication of the instrument and the change and polarity of the transformer are correct

E. Whether the bus connection is good, whether the insulation support, installation parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably

Whether the F auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification of the fuse is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate

Whether the contacts of the G circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram

3. Precautions for use:

A This product is not installed against the wall, single-sided (front) operation, double-sided opening doors to repair low-voltage power distribution cabinets. Product maintenance channels and cabinet doors must be qualified professionals to enter or open for operation, inspection and maintenance.

B. Air circuit breaker, after many times of closing and opening, will cause local burns of the main contacts and produce carbon substances, which will increase the contact resistance. The air circuit breaker should be maintained and overhauled according to its operating instructions on a regular basis.
