The four sides are composed of a 5cm-wide 1:3 mycelium lace border sewn together with the main fabric. The inner filling is 200gsm poly. The back fabric, along with the filling and 25gsm non-woven fabric, is single-needle quilted at 2.5" points. Then it is combined with the tucking fabric on the front and the wooden earflaps on the sides to form the final shape.
Pillowcases: Both the front and back are made of 85gsm microfiber solid. The front is made with a tucking process. The edges of the fabric are 5cm wide and are composed of 1:3 mycelium lace. There is a layer of 65gsm bleached and brushed fabric as the inner lining on the front. The back fabric has a 10cm overlapping opening in the center, and there is a 1cm rolled edge at the opening.
