Jichai 190 cylinder head parts is one of the main parts of the diesel engine, its working conditions are harsh, the use of high requirements, the performance and reliability of the diesel engine have a great impact. For this reason, it is required to pay close attention to its working condition in the process of use, and regular inspection and maintenance.

1. Frequently check the lubrication condition of the rocker arm mechanism. When the diesel engine is running at low speed after starting or when it is pre-feeding pump oil before starting, open the upper cover of the cylinder head and observe whether there is oil overflow at the rocker arm bushing, and if it is found that there is no oil, it should be disassembled and cleaned immediately and clean the throttle valve at the oil pipe of the diesel engine on the machine body.

2. Strictly prevent the valve from sticking phenomenon. After the phenomenon of sticking in the valve, if start the diesel engine directly, it is easy to have an accident. Sticky phenomenon in the low temperature environment or poor oil quality is most likely to occur. Therefore, in the low temperature environment before starting the diesel engine, must be warmed up, so that the oil and cooling water temperature rises to more than 20C. Before starting must also manpower disk crankshaft I 2 weeks, no abnormal phenomena before starting. Should not be used in the process of long idling.

3. Check the cylinder head frequently for air, oil and water leakage. If leakage is found, check whether the cylinder head nut is loose, and tighten it evenly according to the specified torque if necessary. If the leakage phenomenon can not be eliminated, should check the relevant parts of the gasket is damaged, if necessary, replace the new parts.

4. Check the cooling condition of the cylinder head, the use of cooling water quality should be in strict accordance with the requirements, so as not to cause the cylinder head cooling waterway scaling and clogging. If the cylinder head temperature is found to be too high, should be removed from the cylinder head back to the mouth of the elbow connection, check whether there is serious scaling or clogging phenomenon, if necessary, should be cleaned up, dredging, so as not to cause poor cooling cylinder head, cooling "dead zone", causing valve sag and other malfunctions.

5. Regular testing and adjustment of valve lash
