YYRE series External Thread Rubber Coated Neodymium Holding Magnet for light fixture

Neodymium pot magnets have a metrical external thread and can be screwed together with objects that have a suitable internal thread. The rubber coat protects delicate surfaces from scratches and at the same time increases the carrying capacity in shear force.
The rubber protects the magnet from occasional moisture. Permanent outdoor use, however, may lead to the formation of rust.

These magnets have a metric internal screw thread and can be fastened with objects with an external screw thread. The rubber coat protects the sensitive surface from scratches and increases the load capacity in shear direction. We also carry these pot magnets without rubber coating.

The MPCO rubber coated magnet with threaded neck is commonly used within the industrial areas and especially within the offshore sector and oil/gas industry. The rubber coated magnets are also suitable for use on vehicles, outdoor displays etc. Thanks to the special santoprene rubber these magnets has a set of very unique qualities that are not easily obtained in other products. The rubber provides protection for the magnets placed inside and for the mounted surface. This ensures zero marks and scratches even on fragile surfaces.

The rubber coated magnets are part of MPCO RCEXN series that provides certainty regarding strength and durability of the magnets. The threaded neck makes mounting of the rubber magnet very easy and ensures many application possibilities.

It is also possible to acquiere the RCEXN series rubber magnets in white rubber if needed. Please ask in the sales department for more information.

The holding force of these magnets can reach up to 550 Newton as a standard. However, the exact strength depends on the dimension. The high holding force can be obtained thanks to the strong neodymium magnets placed inside the rubber. See the complete list under “Sizes and variants”.

The rubber coated magnets mainly includes:

1. Threaded stem type rubber-coated magnet.

2. Screw socket type rubber-coated magnet.

3. Internal thread type rubber-coated magnet.

4. Countersunk hole type rubber-coated magnet.

Payment:

For small amount, our usual way of payment is 100% T/T in advance, or Papal.

For large amount, we also could accept 30% prepayment before production, 70% after fax of Bill of loading.

Shipping Details:

A: We have a discount price with Fedex and DHL. So if the weight is under 100Kg, you can those two shipping companies. But you can also choose TNT, UPS

or any other shipping companies if you like. We'll use iron boxes to shield the magnetics force for air shipping.

B: When the weight is over 100Kg,we think sea shipping is more reasonable. We have our own forwarder, you can also entrust your own forwarder.
