With a detection sensitivity of better than 2%and a maximum steel penetration of 55mm, it provides reliable quality assurance for industrial component testing and meets the rigorous requirements of on-site mobile detection.

The X-ray generator weighs only 34kg and the controller 8kg, equipped with rubber shock-absorbing corners and vertical/horizontal support rings for easy transportation and on-site setup in fieldwork.
Humanized operation interface with industrial stepless knobs for KV/time adjustment and LED Chinese character status display, ensuring clear observation and fast parameter tuning for quick onboarding.
2. High Penetration & Efficiency for Superior Detection
Stable tube voltage output (200~350 KVp) and tube current (5mA, ±1% stability), with a maximum penetration of 55mm A3 steel under standard testing conditions.
Supports 15 minutes of continuous exposure with an automatic 4:1 work-rest cycle, significantly improving on-site detection efficiency; film blackness ≥1.5 and detection sensitivity better than 2% for high-precision flaw identification.
3. Intelligent Control System to Extend Equipment Life
Adopts industry-leading MIXN intelligent X-ray control system with high anti-interference performance and adaptive chopper frequency conversion control.
Patented automatic conditioning mode: automatic voltage reduction for generator discharge and real-time time tracking, effectively protecting the X-ray tube.
Soft start/soft shutdown of voltage and adaptive start rate of chopper control, matching different generator working states and reducing equipment wear.
4. Multiple Safety Safeguards for On-site Operation
Built-in protection functions: mA over/under voltage protection, real-time voltage over/under protection, automatic discharge identification protection, over-temperature protection and safety door interlock.
Interlock terminal for lead room door control, audible and visual alarm for X-ray emission, and remote working status indicator light for all-round protection of operators and equipment.
