The HS-ST-90/130/150 is a high-resolution industrial computed tomography (CT) scanning system engineered for third-party NDT testing laboratories and independent inspection service providers. Featuring a configurable X-ray source with optional 90kV, 130kV, or 150kV tube voltage, a CMOS detector with 49.5μm pixel size and 1172×1260 pixel matrix, and a rotating swing arm with ±60° tilt, this system delivers exceptional imaging flexibility. The >500X system magnification and ≤10μm minimum focal spot ensure precise defect detection for the most demanding quality assurance applications.
Designed for commercial lab operations, the HS-ST supports a maximum load of Φ460×560mm and detection area up to 330×330mm. The integrated HS-CT software suite provides automatic void measurement for electronic components (BGA, QFN packages), image stitching for large PCB/PCBA inspection, and automatic CNC inspection with graphical result visualization. With a compact footprint of 1100×1100×2100mm and 380VAC 50Hz power supply, this system is ready for deployment in testing labs across the Middle East and GCC region.
