HMFL-M900 Magnetic Flux Leakage Detector Trolley for Vertical Storage Tank Bottom


1, Purpose: To perform rapid and comprehensive scanning and inspection of the bottom plate of atmospheric pressure vertical storage tanks, detect corrosion caused by changes in the thickness of the bottom plate of special equipment such as vertical storage tanks due to harsh environmental factors such as medium corrosion and high temperature, determine the location and distribution of corrosion on both sides of the tank bottom plate, and provide decision-making basis for the operation and management of the tank bottom plate. The magnetic leakage detection system for tank bottom plate consists of a system host, a magnetic leakage detection unit, a drive control unit, a data acquisition and signal processing unit, and system software (data acquisition software and data analysis, graphic processing software).

2, Main performance indicators of magnetic flux leakage detector for tank bottom plate

2.1 System host performance indicators:

2.1.1 Host display 12.1-inch industrial capacitive touch screen all-in-one machine, CPU Intel Core I7, 8GB DDR3 memory, 128GB solid-state drive, ultra-thin magnesium aluminum shell packaging design, fanless cooling system, no storage of moving parts, data exchange and signal transmission using USB interface;

2.1.2 It has the function of real-time display of battery level;

2.1.3 Data can be stored and played back;

2.1.4 Battery working time: A 12V 33Ah battery can ensure continuous operation for 10 hours.

2.2. Performance indicators of excitation detection unit:

2.2.1 Operating principle: Integrated magnetic flux leakage non-destructive testing, magnetic flux leakage signal acquisition and processing, and intelligent data analysis;

2.2.2 Magnetization method: neodymium iron boron permanent magnet magnetization;

The instrument has 96 signal input channels.

2.2.4 Scanning width 300mm;

2.2.5 Testing thickness: 6-20mm,

2.2.6 Can penetrate 6mm non ferromagnetic materials;

2.2.7 The excitation detection channel unit adopts tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) technology to detect leakage magnetic signals. Compared with Hall sensors, TMR magnetic sensors have a sensitivity 5-6 times higher, excellent thermal stability, and high signal-to-noise ratio;

2.2.8 The spacing between magnetic sensor arrays is 10mm, and the displacement encoder collects data every 1.5mm of movement;

2.2.9 Detection sensitivity: 20% wall thickness reduction (thickness: 6-16mm)

40% wall thickness reduction (thickness 16.5-20mm);

2.2.10 has the ability to quickly locate individual defects, with a positioning accuracy of 5mm;

2.2.11 has the ability to distinguish corrosion defects on the upper and lower surfaces, and can determine the distribution of the location and size of corrosion on the upper and lower surfaces of the tank bottom plate.

2.3 Performance indicators of the driving unit

2.3.1 Drive mode: 200W DC brushless motor for driving, or can be freely switched to manual drive;

2.3.2 The motor drive system has a speed regulation function, which can adjust the speed according to the needs of each operator, reducing the labor intensity of operators;

2.3.3 Detection speed: The speed can be adjusted from 0 to 0.6m/s.

2.4 Performance indicators of system software (data acquisition software, data analysis software, and graphics processing software):

2.4.1 The software system is displayed in pure Chinese and can quickly and comprehensively detect the entire tank bottom plate, judge whether there is corrosion and determine the degree of corrosion. It can achieve real-time data collection, display, analysis, storage, and playback, as well as data editing. It can automatically draw tank bottom maps, whole tank views, single board views, add ring plates, and can display and analyze in real-time using defect threshold values and continuous detection modes;

2.4.2 Independent PC data processing software, capable of handling misoperations during detection tasks, efficiently processing detection data, and adaptable to various models of office desktop computers and laptops;

2.4.3 Run data acquisition software and analysis software on the PC platform under the Windows platform. The system reporting software can automatically display the detection results of the entire tank bottom plate in a graphical manner, locate the corrosion area, and use different colors to distinguish the severity of corrosion;

2.4.4 Equipped with sturdy and durable touch sensitive industrial grade computers for easy operation in harsh environments of storage tanks. Capable of real-time data collection, storage, display, and analysis, the system data acquisition software can not only obtain all leakage magnetic field signals, but also display the specific location of defects and the severity of corrosion in real time;

2.4.5 Automatically generate a detection report for the entire tank bottom plate, design and add a patching function, with the ability to count defects between the entire tank and the single plate, and compare the entire tank and the single plate;

2.4.6 Multi language settings for operating software, optional (Simplified, Traditional, English).

2.5 Functional indicators:

2.5.1 The instrument handle has a folding function, which can avoid the floating roof support rod when detecting floating roof tanks after folding, reducing detection blind spots;

2.5.2 New LED front and rear directional focusing lighting function, which can detect the forward and backward directions and make the bottom plate clearly visible when the detection light in the tank is insufficient;

2.5.3 The instrument has electric spark elimination technology, which can prevent accidents caused by electric sparks when replacing the battery;

2.5.4 Adopting a unique hydraulic rod support method can greatly reduce the labor intensity during inspection operations inside the storage tank.

2.5.5 Adopt the latest generation hardware circuit control system, modularize and isolate each circuit part, improve product stability, and reduce the risk of manual misoperation during instrument operation.

2.6 Other performance indicators:
