Ⅰ. Product Introduction:
The HV-100MDXautomatic turret digital touch screen Vickers hardness tester is a:
1. 10 levels of test force, maximum force 100 kg
2. Automatic Brick Tower
3. Hardness value automatic numerical display
4. 8-inch touch screen interface, easy to operate
Ⅱ. Main Features
1.10 levels of test force, meeting all test forces within the standard
2.8-inch touch screen interface, easy for users to operate;
3.The rotating turret is equipped with two different magnification objective lenses, 10X and 20X, which can be used to scan a wide range of sample contours at low magnification as needed.
4.Both 10X and 20X magnification objective lenses are available for measurement, and 40X is optional.
5.During the test, the pressure head and the objective lens automatically switch with each other, and the test point is automatically positioned accurately;
6.It can be calibrated according to standard hardness blocks or length scales, and hardness correction can be performed automatically according to high, medium and low hardness values, making the hardness value more accurate.
7.Conversion between various hardness values;
8.All test parameters and test results are stored in a USB flash drive in Excel format to facilitate data processing and test report output;
9.Test setting parameters are password protected;
10.The light source uses LED lamp, which has a long life and no need to replace the bulb;
11.Built-in camera, clearer images;
12.Multiple languages including Chinese and English are available for selection ;
