Ⅰ,Product Introduction

HPA-2000 S fully automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine simultaneously supports:

Ø  Multiple samples loaded independently

Ø  Sample tray center loading

hold six samples at a time and can be equipped with a four-channel automatic dispensing device (optional) to complete the grinding and polishing process in a fully automated manner.

Ⅱ,Features

1.   HPA-2000S fully automatic single and double disc metallographic grinding and polishing machines , simultaneously supporting:

Ø  Multiple samples loaded independently

Ø  The sample tray is centrally loaded , fixing six samples ( up to eight can be customized) at once to complete the entire grinding and polishing process, ensuring that each sample achieves a completely flat surface.

2.   Grinding and polishing discs and sample discs : Set and run all grinding and polishing parameters such as rotation speed, grinding and polishing time, rotation direction, and water valve closure, and save them automatically for easy recall;

3.   PLC + 1KW high-power motor；

4.   It uses two independent 1KW high-power motors with high torque., and the torque is high and constant regardless of the speed .

5.   Wide speed range, from 5 rpm to 1000 rpm (maximum 1500 rpm);

6.   The turntable can start and stop quickly; it stops rotating in just 2 seconds.

7.   All grinding and polishing parameters, such as rotation speed, grinding and polishing time, rotation direction, and water valve closure, are automatically saved and easily recalled.

10.  3 working modes:

1)   Fully automatic mode:

Based on the sample materials or user habits, 99 sets of processes (flows) can be set and recalled. Each process can contain 10 steps of process parameters (for each step of grinding or polishing , the parameters are: grinding disc and grinding head rotation speed, grinding and polishing time , etc. ).

2)   Multi-process mode:

Based on each grinding and polishing step, 30 process parameters can be set and called: grinding disc and grinding head rotation speed, grinding and polishing time, water flow, etc.

3)   Manual mode:

To operate a specific function of the device individually.

1.   Stores 100 processes, which can be imported and exported;

2.   Sample grinding layer thickness control: Precisely control the amount of sample removed during grinding, grinding to a specified position (optional);

3.   Includes a 1, 4, or 6-channel automatic dripper (optional):

1)      the polishing machine controls a four-channel dripper ; the type and speed of the dripper are all controlled by commands issued by the polishing machine.

2)      The drip dispenser has three operating modes: manual, online, and fully automatic.

3)      Connect to a polishing machine and apply liquid according to the polishing parameters set by the machine ; each mode can be set independently: dripping speed, dripping time.

4.   The grinding head features electromagnetic automatic locking, replacing the manual grinding head locking wrench for greater convenience.

5.   easily replacing the magnetic anti-stick disc , all processes such as rough and fine grinding and rough and fine polishing of various samples can be completed . One disc is equivalent to N discs.

6.       Switch between Chinese and English interfaces;

7.   Mobile remote control operation (optional).
