TG-M80 Dual-channel Four-Wheel Drive Water-Cooled Wall Magnetic Crawling Thickness Measurement System
This system does not require scaffolding, anti-corrosion coating grinding, or any coupling agent. It conducts video detection for unobstructed crawling across water-cooled walls in all directions And corrosion thickness measurement inspection; It is applicable to the routine inspection of boiler water-cooled walls and the rapid response to emergency situations such as pipe bursts for troubleshooting.
Product features
*High operational safety: This crawling robot uses rare earth magnets to make high-strength permanent magnetic wheels. Even in the event of an unexpected power outage, there will be no risk of the vehicle body falling off the surface being inspected. To prevent the high-hardness magnetic wheel from damaging the anti-corrosion coating on the inner surface of the container, the magnetic wheel is treated with an external adhesive coating.
*Dynamic and agile: The vehicle body is equipped with four motors and a four-wheel drive mode, allowing for forward and backward movement as well as left and right steering.
*Ride stability: The wheels adopt an active cantilever design, which can be applied to different curved surfaces. When passing through circumferential welds, it can minimize the shaking and offset of the vehicle body to the greatest extent. The vehicle is equipped with high-precision level sensors inside, which can sense the horizontal status of the vehicle in real time and self-correct the vertical driving route through software. It is very suitable for stable and reliable operation in large Spaces.
*High efficiency: The multi-channel electromagnetic ultrasonic probe can simultaneously detect multiple water-cooled wall tubes.
