The electromagnetic ultrasonic TG-EM30 monitoring system is an online metal thickness monitoring device without coupling agent. It supports LORA wireless or RS 485 wired communication modes. The measurement accuracy is ±0.01mm, the measurement range is 5 - 50mm, and it is compatible with various metal materials such as aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, and titanium alloy. It has rich echo processing and calibration compensation functions. The forms include bare plate and shell versions, with a compact structure that is easy to integrate, and it is suitable for long-term online monitoring of corrosion and wear of industrial pipelines and metal components.
