The HUATEC HD-105 is an intelligent pulsed high voltage protective coating quality detector. Featuring anti-interference intelligent chips, anti-interference LED screen, and advanced digital control circuitry, it delivers precise high voltage output of ±(0.1KV+3% reading). The device automatically adjusts voltage according to coating thickness and utilizes lithium battery power for field applications.
When the high voltage probe passes over non-conductive coatings, any areas with insufficient thickness, metal leakage, or pinholes will cause air gap puncture and spark discharge during pulse high voltage application. The detector simultaneously records leakage counts for quality assessment.
The HD-105 features advanced, stable, and reliable design for widespread use in chemical industry, oil, rubber, and enamel applications. It serves as an essential tool for detecting metal anti-corrosion coating quality.
