The HRD-4 wearable (wristwatch-style) personal dosimeter is designed for measuring personal dose equivalent caused by X and γ radiation. This device is particularly suitable for medical applications in interventional radiotherapy.
Controlled by a low-power single-chip microcomputer, this dosimeter provides comprehensive functionality including LCD drive display, measurement data storage, parameter setting, detector fault alarm, battery voltage detection, over-threshold sound and light alarm, and charging capabilities.
Applications include radiation dose equivalent measurement in various scenarios such as radioactive medical treatment, industrial non-destructive testing, radioactive isotope application, occupational disease prevention, military units, nuclear power plants, and surrounding areas of radioactive workplaces.
