1, Product features
*Adopt advanced single chip microcomputer PLC automatic control to realize automatic cutting;
*Built in 9 cutting modes. According to the soft and hard degree of the sample material, for nine corresponding cutting parameters, these parameters can be modified and saved;
*In the automatic working state, it can feed and retreat automatically, and the speed of feed and retreat can be set;
*The innovative vibration (feed back feed) cutting mode makes the cutting part of the sample cool enough to ensure that the cut sample will not be burned;
*It can be operated completely by hand and is not affected by automatic mode;
*Sample and cutting piece can move independently (double Y-axis), cutting sample size is larger and more flexible (option)
*Fast clamping mechanism, easy to install sample;
*Adopt totally closed structure, transparent protective cover, increase observation field of vision, up and down opening and closing mode is simple and easy, does not occupy space;
*Super circulation cooling system makes the workpiece not burn when cutting. There is a filter screen in the water tank, which is easy to collect the residue;
*The main parts such as jaw and worktable are made of stainless steel with long service life;
*Emergency stop, air switch and other multiple protection switches provide safety protection for the operator.
