(3)Maintenance
1) In order to make sure the accuracy and duration, inject lubricating oil to all the moving parts every 12-15 days so as to reduce the abrasion and increase the efficiency. The moving parts has been marked 1~8 in the below picture. Besides the moving parts, the indexing transferring parts, paper forming parts, other transferring parts and bearing place are also need to be injected lubricating oil.
2) Clean the pressing wheel and discharge tooling by air gun regularly. Clean them from back to front so that the insulation paper comes out easily during operation.
3) Add anti-rust oil to the machine regularly if the environment is humid.
4) The machine frame is made of alloy metal so do not knock it firmly.
5) Clean the surface of the machine regularly.
