This machine has been equipped with open cam gearing and a 3-roller positive yarn let-off system that ensures synchronization of warp yarn tension for each picking cycle. Additionally, it is equipped with an automatic control for electronic yarn scrambler, and a standby machine can be adopted to reduce downtime.
Finally, it has an air-blow system that contracts the take up roller-located raising for easy cleaning.
The Raschel Knitting Machine class="lazy" src="/myres/images/load_icon.gif" data-original features great durability and long service life, ensuring stable operations. With a wide range of fabrics available, the machine offers an adjustable weight from 20 grams to 350 grams, and the longest possible length reach up to 11 meters. While multiple combs from 1-8 enable easy operation and maintenance, the EBA electronic warp let-off system further offers a smooth transition from mechanical to automatic and ensures precise control on the warp let-off amount. Simpler adjustments can also be done with the 400 rpm spindle speed measurement and decibel of 80db.
