The needle spacing tolerance is controlled within ±0.01 mm, preventing fabric defects such as dropped stitches and skipped stitches caused by needle misalignment. In addition, the elastic needle core design reduces friction damage between the needles and yarn, extending the service life of the needles by more than 30%.
