Our warp knitting machine needle bed is made of imported alloy steel and undergoes carburizing and quenching treatment, achieving a hardness of over HRC60 to ensure no wear during long-term high-speed operation. The needle spacing tolerance is controlled within ±0.01 mm, preventing fabric defects such as dropped stitches and skipped stitches caused by needle misalignment. In addition, the elastic needle core design reduces friction damage between the needles and yarn, extending the service life of the needles by more than 30%.
