The Model 130 high-speed warp knitting machine independently developed and manufactured by our company has gained wide recognition among domestic textile enterprises relying on standardized production processes and reliable structural design.
Strict quality control is implemented throughout the whole manufacturing process of the equipment. The main frame adopts thickened integrated cast steel structure, which features high structural rigidity. It can effectively avoid vibration and structural deformation during long-term continuous high-speed operation, solving common problems such as uneven fabric surface caused by frame shaking on conventional warp knitting machines.
Key moving components including transmission sprockets, connecting rods and guide bars are manufactured from wear-resistant alloy steel. All parts are processed by CNC precision machining and quenching treatment to enhance wear resistance. Stable meshing operation lowers component loss rate and extends the overall service life of the equipment, reducing subsequent maintenance and replacement expenses.
The equipment is driven by multiple independent servo motors in separate zones; the yarn let-off, fabric take-up and winding systems are controlled individually to realize accurate stepless speed regulation. Operators can adjust operating parameters flexibly according to different fabric production requirements.
The internal electrical layout is standardized with high protection grade circuits, adapting to dusty and humid conventional textile workshop environments. Access openings are reserved on the side of the machine for convenient daily inspection and fault troubleshooting, shortening equipment downtime for maintenance.
