Description
OceanStor Dorado 2000 is a fully flash-based storage system launched by Huawei, specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and suitable for key business scenarios such as virtualization, databases, and office automation (OA).
The system adopts a fully symmetric A-A architecture, integrates FlashLink performance acceleration algorithms, and supports simultaneous tolerance of three SSD failures, ensuring business continuity.
In terms of hardware specifications, the OceanStor Dorado 2000 supports a maximum of 8 controller configurations, with system cache ranging from 128GB to 512GB
The front-end interfaces include 8/16/32/64 Gbps Fibre Channel (FC) and 1/10/25 Gbps Ethernet, while the back-end interface is SAS 3.0.
The hard disk supports up to 400 SAS SSDs, including models such as 960GB, 1.92TB, 3.84TB, 7.68TB, and 15.36TB, all of which support hot swapping.
The controller adopts a modular design, with a 2U chassis supporting up to 25 hard disks and weighing approximately 16.4kg (excluding hard disks)
