Built with premium CRGO silicon steel or optional amorphous alloy core materials, the transformer minimizes no-load losses while maintaining stable magnetic performance. Precision core assembly reduces vibration and operating noise, helping utilities improve overall energy efficiency.
The transformer tank is fabricated from high-quality welded steel with anti-corrosion surface treatment suitable for tropical, coastal, and high-humidity environments. Copper or aluminum windings are vacuum dried and oil impregnated to improve insulation strength and thermal stability.
Every transformer can be customized according to local utility specifications, including voltage class, vector group, cooling method, impedance, tap changer, and enclosure finish. Products comply with IEC, ANSI, BS, GOST, SANS and other regional requirements.
Every transformer undergoes routine factory testing before shipment, including ratio testing, insulation resistance, induced voltage testing, impedance measurement, and temperature rise verification to ensure reliable field performance.
