A single-layer aluminum PCB is a metal-core printed circuit board in which a single copper circuit layer is bonded to an aluminum substrate through a thin, thermally conductive dielectric layer. Compared with a standard FR4 board, this structure removes heat from heat-generating components — LEDs, power transistors, MOSFETs — into the aluminum base many times faster, keeping junction temperatures low and extending product lifetime.
Huayihai's standard single-layer aluminum PCB is the most widely used and most cost-effective thermal-management solution in our aluminum PCB family. It combines 1–4 oz copper, a 75–100 µm dielectric with 1.0–2.0 W/m·K thermal conductivity, and a 1.0–1.5 mm aluminum base, giving an excellent balance between thermal performance, mechanical strength, and price. Boards are finished to your requirements with HASL, ENIG, OSP, or immersion silver, and can be supplied in panel form for automated SMT assembly at our one-stop PCBA facility.
Every board is produced under ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 quality systems, is RoHS compliant, and carries UL certification — making it suitable not only for commercial LED products but also for automotive and medical-grade projects that require documented quality assurance.

A: Gerber files (RS-274X or ODB++), a stackup or specification sheet (board thickness, copper weight, thermal conductivity, surface finish), and quantity. If you only have a rough idea, send us your circuit requirements and our engineers will propose a stackup for you.
A: For general LED lighting and low-to-medium power, the standard 1.0–2.0 W/m·K dielectric is sufficient and most economical. For high-power LEDs (≥1 W per chip in dense arrays), automotive, or power modules, we recommend our high-thermal-conductivity aluminum PCB (2.0–3.0 W/m·K) — see our separate product page.
A: There is no strict MOQ for prototypes — 1–10 pcs is acceptable. For mass production, economical pricing generally starts from around 1 m² or 500 pcs, but small batch orders are always welcome.
A: Yes. As a one-stop PCBA factory we handle SMT, through-hole, and mixed assembly on aluminum boards, including component sourcing and functional testing. Panels can be delivered with rails and fiducials ready for automated lines.
A: Every board passes 100% electrical testing (flying probe or fixture-based E-test). We also perform peel-strength tests and can measure thermal impedance or dielectric breakdown on request.
A: Yes. Our factory is certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 13485, with full material traceability and PPAP-level documentation available on request.
A: Prototypes: 5–7 working days; mass production: 10–15 working days after order confirmation. Boards are vacuum-sealed with ESD protection and packed in export cartons, shipped by DHL/FedEx/UPS for samples or air/sea freight for volume orders.
