Inconel 718 forging bar is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy designed for applications requiring exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and stability under extreme temperatures. This alloy maintains outstanding mechanical properties from cryogenic conditions up to approximately 700°C, making it widely used in aerospace, energy, and high-performance industrial sectors.
Manufactured through advanced forging processes, Inconel 718 bars exhibit a refined grain structure, ensuring enhanced fatigue resistance, excellent tensile strength, and superior creep rupture performance. The material also demonstrates strong resistance to oxidation and aggressive environments, including acidic and chloride-containing media.
Our forging bars are supplied in accordance with international standards such as ASTM B637 and can be delivered in various sizes, dimensions, and heat treatment conditions (solution annealed or aged) to meet specific project requirements. Full traceability is ensured with 3.1 material test certificates, and additional testing such as ultrasonic inspection, impact testing, and corrosion testing can be provided upon request.
