Monel 400 (UNS N04400) is a nickel-copper alloy renowned for its exceptional resistance to seawater, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and alkaline environments. Our ASTM B564 Monel 400 forged rings are manufactured through a controlled open-die forging process, ensuring superior grain structure and mechanical integrity compared to cast alternatives.

  • Superior Corrosion Resistance: Excellent performance in seawater, brackish water, and aggressive chemical environments including sulfuric and hydrofluoric acid solutions
  • High Strength: Minimum tensile strength of 517 MPa and yield strength of 195 MPa in annealed condition
  • Wide Temperature Range: Retains mechanical properties from sub-zero to 480°C (900°F)
  • Stress Corrosion Cracking Resistant: Immune to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking, ideal for marine applications
  • Full Traceability: Each ring comes with material test certificates (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1, including chemical composition and mechanical test results

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified with full export documentation support.
