All DINGSCO Inconel 718 (UNS N07718) valve stems are manufactured in accordance with ASTM B637 and are suitable for API 6A high-pressure valve applications. Inspections include PT (ASTM E165/E165M), UT (ASTM A388), tensile testing (ASTM E8/E8M), OES chemical analysis, PMI, hardness testing (ASTM E18), and dimensional verification. Full material traceability is maintained throughout the manufacturing process, with MTRs, heat-treatment records, and NDT reports available upon request.
