Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) Corrosion Resistant Valve Seat Ring

Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) nickel alloy seat rings are manufactured from a nickel-iron-chromium corrosion-resistant alloy, offering excellent resistance to acidic environments, pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Precision machining provides accurate dimensions and reliable sealing fit, making them suitable for ball valves, gate valves and other valve applications in oil & gas, chemical processing, offshore engineering and highly corrosive service environments.

Inspection scope covers PT, UT, tensile test, OES, PMI, hardness and dimensional check. Complete material traceability is ensured; MTR, heat‑treatment and NDT reports are available on request.
