Our Inconel 718 rings are produced through a controlled open-die or ring-rolling process from vacuum induction melted (VIM) + vacuum arc remelted (VAR) billets. The seamless ring rolling technique ensures optimal grain flow orientation along the circumference, enhancing fatigue resistance and structural reliability. Post-forging heat treatment includes solution annealing followed by precipitation aging to achieve the specified mechanical properties.
All DINGSCO Inconel 718 forging rings undergo rigorous inspection including ultrasonic testing (UT per ASTM A388), liquid penetrant inspection (LPI), mechanical property verification per ASTM E8/E21, chemical analysis via OES, and full dimensional inspection with CMM. Complete material certifications and NDT reports are provided with every shipment.
