Nickel alloy pipe is mainly composed of nickel (Ni), and usually contains chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), molybdenum (Mo), copper (Cu), titanium (Ti) and other elements. The addition of these elements is aimed at improving the specific properties of the alloy, such as corrosion resistance, strength and high temperature resistance.

The extrusion molding products are mainly used in medical and new energy (solar energy, hydrogen energy) ultra-clean fluid equipment (such as high-purity 316LMD, high-purity 304L), petrochemical ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure equipment (such as UNS N06617), ultra-high temperature and ultra-pressure support special-shaped parts for artificial suns (UNS N07718), super-supercritical ultra-pure NiCrFe alloy parts in gas turbines, super ferrite (29-4C) and super-super duplex steel (S32707) parts in seawater desalination devices, nuclear reactor nuclear parts (UNS N06690), rocket launcher fluid parts (UNS N07718/UNS N06002), etc.
