We can make Al castings with Sand Cast Process, Investment Cast Process, Gravity Cast Process and DIe Cast Process.
We can produce copper based alloys including Tin Bronze, Manganese Bronze, Aluminum Bronze, Nickel Bronze and Phosphor Bronze.
The Tin Bronzes are used for the fittings under 550 F, gears, bushings, bearings, pump impellers.
Tin can strengthen these bronze alloys. Tin bronze is hard and has very high impact value. This combination of properties gives them better wear resistance and better corrosion resistance in seawater and brine.
