High Temperature UM Co-50 Cobalt Alloy Casted Foundry Squiggle Twigs Heat treatment EB9091
We produce High Temperature Superalloy Castings Parts with centrifugal cast process, investment process and resin sand cast process.
High temperature alloys without or without aluminum and titanium are usually smelted by arc furnace or non-vacuum induction furnace.High temperature alloys containing aluminum and titanium are not easy to control when melting in the atmosphere, and the gas and inclusions enter more, so the vacuum smelting should be used.In order to further reduce the content of inclusions, improve the distribution state of inclusions and the crystallization structure of ingots, the combined process of smelting and secondary remelting can be adopted. The main means of smelting are electric arc furnace, vacuum induction furnace and non-vacuum induction furnace. The main means of remelting are vacuum and slag furnace.
