Custom Aluminum Alloy Spacer Sleeves for Shaft Assemblies

Custom aluminum alloy spacer sleeves are reviewed against the drawing for the intended shaft assembly. The focus of this product is a hollow component with a specified spacing length and defined mating surfaces. It should not be assumed to be a standard rolling bearing, a universal shaft adapter or a load-rated replacement part.
Spacing Length and Contact Face Specification
Show the finished sleeve length and identify the end faces that contact adjacent parts. Provide the bore and outside diameter, together with any shoulders or steps needed by the assembly. Mark the required dimensional and geometric tolerances rather than applying an undefined precision label to the whole part.
If the sleeve sits between two components, include the relevant assembly information so that the intended locating and clearance requirements are clear. Proposed changes to the existing spacer length or diameter should be listed explicitly for review.
Material and Finish Selection
Identify the aluminum alloy grade and delivery condition. The product is an aluminum alloy sleeve; pure aluminum and unrelated steel or bronze grades are not treated as interchangeable descriptions. If the grade is still undecided, record it as an open item in the enquiry.
State the required finish for the bore, outside diameter and contact faces
Identify any surface treatment and areas that must remain untreated
Specify whether acceptance dimensions apply to the finished treated part
Include appearance requirements separately from functional dimensions
Drawing-Based Manufacturing Review
The manufacturing and inspection scope is agreed for the individual sleeve. Requested dimensions, features and quantity are reviewed before the quotation is confirmed. No universal tolerance, hardness or operating-speed limit is claimed from the product photograph.
