NiHard is a well-established white iron product alloyed with nickel and chromium to provide significant abrasion and impact resistant properties. The structure consists of iron and chromium carbides fixed in a martensitic matrix enabled by the nickel content, making NiHard ideal for abrasive and high impact conditions in construction, mining, manufacturing, and mineral processing industries.
EB China NiHard products include billets and liner plates manufactured to customer specifications or supplied from our range of stock sizes. Our NiHard products can be custom designed to accommodate any size and shape requirements.
EB China also supplies cut and shaped liners for strategic placement on fixed plant equipment, creating unique wear packages that maximize wear life. This makes NiHard the perfect material for chutes, drop boxes, bin and hopper liners.
