Custom aluminum profile shells for lithium battery and motor-related applications are specified individually to the approved drawing. Battery and motor shell enquiries are separate part requirements, not a promise of one interchangeable enclosure.
Confirm the alloy grade, delivery condition, surface finish and acceptance criteria before ordering. Dimensions and tolerances are defined feature by feature on the approved drawing; no single tolerance, hardness or thermal conductivity value is claimed for every part. Any required material records or test reports should be listed with the enquiry.
Send a legible drawing with revision, order quantity, delivery destination and the required manufacturing scope. A 3D model may supplement the controlled drawing. Identify critical interfaces and requested documents so that the quotation can state the agreed scope, lead time and commercial terms.
