Product Description

This high-performance nickel alloy pipe (alloy tube) is strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM NO8800 standard, using premium Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800) nickel-chromium-iron alloy as the raw material, integrating excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties for industrial high-demand pipeline applications. Produced through advanced seamless production processes (hot rolling and cold drawing), the pipe features a dense internal structure, uniform wall thickness, smooth inner and outer surfaces, and no welding defects, effectively avoiding leakage risks and ensuring stable, efficient fluid transmission.

 

Incoloy 800 (ASTM NO8800) is a high-quality nickel alloy with a balanced composition of nickel, chromium and iron, offering outstanding high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, capable of withstanding long-term operation at temperatures up to 870°C. It also exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion by various media, including organic acids, alkaline solutions, and industrial gases, making it suitable for harsh working environments such as high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media. Additionally, it has good ductility, weldability and machinability, facilitating on-site installation, bending and assembly with other pipeline fittings.

 

Widely used in petroleum refining, chemical industry, power plants, nuclear energy, marine engineering and high-temperature heat exchange systems, this ASTM NO8800 Incoloy 800 nickel pipe is ideal for conveying high-temperature gases, corrosive fluids and high-purity media. Strict dimensional control and comprehensive quality inspection (including material composition analysis, high-temperature performance testing, pressure testing and dimensional accuracy detection) ensure full compliance with ASTM NO8800 standards and international industrial requirements. 800 alloys typically contain 15-25% Cr, 30-45% Ni, and small amounts of aluminum and titanium. The alloy has high chromium content and enough nickel content, so it has very good temperature corrosion resistance. In chloride, low concentration NaOH aqueous solution and high temperature and high pressure water, it has excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, widely used in the manufacture of stress corrosion cracking equipment.
