B-type noble metal thermocouple wire (0.5mm diameter) from Huona New Material is a high-performance high-temperature sensing element composed of Pt30Rh (positive electrode, 30% rhodium-70% platinum alloy) and Pt6Rh (negative electrode, 6% rhodium-94% platinum alloy. Manufactured via vacuum smelting, multi-pass precision drawing, and high-temperature homogenization annealing, this wire excels in ultra-high-temperature scenarios with continuous operation up to 1600℃ and short-term tolerance of 1800℃.
