M80/20 thermostatic bimetallic strip with dimension 0.22mm × 6mm is a high expansion series precision bimetal material, composed of manganese copper high expansion alloy combined with nickel iron low expansion alloy by vacuum metallurgical compound rolling. This grade features large thermal expansion coefficient, high sensitivity, good electrical resistivity and excellent forming performance. It keeps stable reversible bending deformation under temperature variation, widely applied for thermostat control switch, motor overload protection, household appliance temperature controller and instrument temperature compensation parts.
M80/20 owns excellent thermal expansion difference, obvious bending displacement with small temperature change, fast response, perfect for high sensitive temperature control components.
Excellent Composite Bonding Performance
Adopts vacuum composite rolling process, tight combination between layers, no delamination after long-term repeated thermal cycling, stable service life.
Good Mechanical & Processing Performance
Moderate hardness and good ductility, easy for stamping, bending, punching and welding, can be processed into various small-size bimetallic sensing elements.
High Electrical Resistivity
With stable high resistivity property, suitable for self-heating type thermal switch and overload protection components, simplify internal circuit design.
Stable Environmental Adaptability
