5J1580 (also known as Alloy 1580 / Type 1580 thermostatic bimetallic strip) from Huona New Material is a precision composite material formed by metallurgically bonding two metal layers with distinct thermal expansion coefficients. It produces predictable, reversible bending deformation in response to temperature changes, making it ideal for sensitive thermal actuation, precise temperature control, and medium-temperature overheat protection devices.
Manufactured via precision cold rolling and stress-relief annealing, it delivers consistent thermostatic performance and excellent mechanical stability across a wide temperature range.
