Aluminum Bronze (9% Al + 2% Fe) Spray Wire for Wear & Corrosion Protection
CuAl9-2 thermal spray wire is an aluminum bronze alloy containing approximately 9% aluminum and 2% iron (or manganese depending on standard). It is designed for arc spray and flame spray processes, forming wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings with strong adhesion and long service life. CuAl9-2 offers higher hardness and better load-bearing capacity than standard CuAl7/CuAl8, making it suitable for industrial machinery, shafts, bearings, valves and pump components.
