This single-spool Constantan45 ultra-fine solid round wire is independently produced by HUONA with precise 55Cu-45Ni alloy proportion, specially optimized for strain measurement components and micro embedded temperature sensing modules, completely differentiated from medium-diameter light-industry Constantan45, thick high-current Constantan45 and conventional CuNi44 constantan materials. It adopts multi-pass micro ultra-fine drawing and stress-free full soft homogenization annealing process, featuring ultra-consistent concentric circular cross-section, scratch-free mirror silver metallic surface, extremely low thermoelectric electromotive force and outstanding micro bending ductility. Uniformly compacted on lightweight single ivory grid plastic spools as shown in the picture, the slim wire layer layout avoids tangling during ultra-high-speed micro winding operations. It serves as core raw material for precision strain gauges, micro built-in PCB temperature sensors and ultra-slim Type J/T thermocouple negative conductors used in semiconductor testing and compact precision automation equipment.
