Advanced thin-gauge material engineered for high-stability strain gauge sensors, precision resistors, and load cell transducers. Manufactured through controlled cold-rolling with bright annealing treatment for consistent electrical resistivity and low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR).

Alloy Composition and Microstructure

Karma alloy belongs to the nickel-chromium-aluminum-iron family with nominal composition: Ni 73-75%, Cr 19-21%, Al 2-3%, and Fe as balance. Aluminum addition enhances oxidation resistance and refines grain structure. Produced via vacuum induction melting (VIM) for minimal impurities and uniform chemical distribution.
