Aluminum addition enhances oxidation resistance and refines grain structure. Produced via vacuum induction melting (VIM) for minimal impurities and uniform chemical distribution.

Bright, oxide-free surface finish achieved through controlled-atmosphere bright annealing. Uniform matte-satin appearance with Ra ≤0.4 μm surface roughness. Precision slit edges with minimal burr height (≤5% of foil thickness), suitable for direct photolithographic patterning.
Each production lot undergoes comprehensive electrical and mechanical testing including four-wire resistivity measurement, TCR characterization, tensile testing per ASTM E8, and surface profilometry. Material certificates with traceable batch numbers provided. ISO 9001:2015 certified facility with RoHS compliance.
Foil rolls individually vacuum-sealed in anti-static barrier bags with desiccant packs. Wound on rigid plastic cores with polyethylene foam cushioning. Outer packaging consists of reinforced export-grade wooden crates with moisture-proof lining. Custom labeling and packaging options available.
