Product Overview
Our FeCrAl 216Nb strip is engineered for harsh complex working environments with corrosive gases, acid and alkali vapors. The synergistic effect of chromium, aluminum and niobium elements endows the alloy with unparalleled oxidation resistance and chemical inertness. Different from nickel-chromium alloys, this iron-based alloy avoids rapid corrosion failure in sulfur-containing and acidic atmospheres, perfectly solving the damage problem of heating parts in harsh industrial scenarios.

  • Powerful Oxidation Resistance:Dense and adhesive Al₂O₃ passivation layer generated during operation, effectively resist high-temperature oxidation, sulfidation and carburization damage.
  • Multi-Media Corrosion Resistance:Stable performance in weak acid, weak alkali and sulfur-containing flue gas environments; not easy to be corroded and dissolved, greatly reducing component replacement frequency.
  • Anti-Pollution Adaptability:Adapt to open flame, humid and polluted working atmosphere, no rapid aging even in exhaust gas treatment and chemical reaction equipment.
