FeCrAl 216Nb niobium-containing iron-chromium-aluminum strip is a cost-effective resistance heating alloy integrating high resistivity and excellent processing performance. The optimized alloy formula reduces material brittleness while maintaining stable electrical resistance. It supports various cold processing methods such as stamping, bending, slitting and winding. Compared with NiCr alloy, it has lower cost and higher heating efficiency, which is the preferred material for mass-produced heating and resistance components.
