FeCrAl alloy, a high - temperature ferritic iron - chromium - aluminium alloy, endures up to 1350 degrees. Uniquely, 0Cr23Al5 serves as electrical heating elements in high - temp furnaces for heat - treating, ceramics, glass, steel, and electronics.

Feature:
FeCrAl alloys shine with multiple advantages. They have a long service life, heat up rapidly, and offer high thermal efficiency with uniform temperature distribution. These alloys can be used vertically. When operating at the rated voltage, they emit no volatile substances, making them an eco - friendly electric heating wire. They're a cost - effective alternative to expensive nichrome wires and can be customized as per customer needs.

Applications
