Its controlled 95Ni-5Al ratio triggers mild exothermic reactions during atomization, forming ultra-dense, pore-minimized coatings with metallurgical micro-bonding on nearly all ferrous, non-ferrous and ceramic substrates.

Unlike generic bond alloys, this grade sustains stable adhesion under cyclic high-temperature fluctuations up to 800℃ without delamination, eliminating premature topcoat failure on precision rotary parts. The bright annealed wire surface delivers consistent gun feeding with zero jamming, supporting uniform deposit thickness between 0.10–0.15 mm for overhaul restoration of turbine shafts, hydraulic plungers and aerospace casings, aligning fully with EN ISO 14919 thermal spray material benchmarks.
